Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

We love sharing our home in the beautiful hills of San Anselmo, just 1/2- 2/3 mile up a narrow winding road, easy to navigate with our simple directions! A fairly secluded feel, surrounded by trees w/views of distant hills & easy access to both wonderful towns of Fairfax & San Anselmo. (3-5 min drive/25-30 min walk to either). The entire rear of the house features an expansive deck with separate glass sliding doors from the living room, dining room and master bedroom.
