Whole floor with large balcony

Had an extremely comfortable stay. The place was extremely easy to find through google maps. Place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area felt safe and our group of 8 had plenty of space to hang out and rest within the space. The host was also responsive to questions and gave clear instructions. The only downside is it’s outside of the city center, so visiting the city is quite a walk. We chose to take a taxi, but it was cheap. Amazing experience would recommend.

The host was very kind to us, helped us a great deal, and we loved her. She was so joyful and it spread to all of us. And she is an amazing cook! This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. We recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Очень все понравилось! Комната соответствует картинкам, было очень чисто, что для нас очень важно! Хозяйва очень приятные и отзывчивые! На участке есть спуск к речке, где можно насладиться природой и воздухом. Можно заказать завтрак, обед или ужин у хозяев, цены лояльные и очень вкусно) Рекомендуем к приезду! Еще вернемся 🙏😊 Спасибо!!!

Very neat and clean facility with private parking, equipped with modern amenities, rich in hospitality and very responsive, nicely located near the main city area of Kutaisi, found many tourists attractions nearby. would recommend to anyone visiting Kutaisi.

We stayed at Lali’s apartment for a week and it was lovely. The location is perfect for going out into the city, grocery shops are nearby, as well as cafes. The apartment was warm even during the rainy and cold weather. The place had everything we needed – internet was stable and fast, we also used the washing machine. Lali was eager to answer our questions if they arose, helped out and at some point she even brought us tea with pancakes. Thank you!

Spacious room in a family house, ambient temperature with heating and AC available, small kitchen also available. Even though I felt completely safe it should be mentioned that the room was not lockable. Everything perfectly clean, very welcoming host, location very convenient if you arrive by train, city centre about 1 km, supermarket directly across the road.

Great hospitality. For this small price, the host even offered us breakfast. Everything was clean, the shared rooms enough spacious. The two bathrooms available for all guests to be shared are totally enough. Kitchen was comfortable for cooking. We liked the place and think that it is even too cheap.

Лука очень быстро отвечал на наши сообщения, комната была чистая и тёплая. Семья Луки очень добрые и уютные! У Мамы Луки можно купить очень очень вкусную сванскую соль. Особенно хочется отметить вид из окна! Это просто нечто!

Very hospitable family, it was really great to get acquainted with them! Very nice and clean room, it looks exactly the same as on photo! The area is quiet, there were no issues while sleeping with open windows. At the same time it is quite close to the center. There are mini market and bakeries just 50 meters away where you can buy some food.

Our Stay was short but beautiful! We start our Mestia-Ushguli trip from Vazhas House and could park our car there save for some days. We arrive very late in the evening and her aunt Tina was very hospitable and helpful. We also order a very tasteful Home-Wine and a delicious breakfast. Thanks a lot!
