It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Presente inoltre locale con sauna e ellittica. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo con noi cani, gatti, cavalli e asini che vi accoglieranno. Per questo motivo si richiede la pre approvazione per feste o altri eventi.

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

In mezzo al verde delle colline astigiane, tra antiche pievi romaniche e passeggiate panoramiche, troverai un luogo tranquillo, adatto alle famiglie, dove potrai passare le tue giornate nella natura o in piscina. Le due stanze da letto possono ospitare fino a sei persone, mentre l'ampio soggiorno permette anche ai gruppi di sentirsi a proprio agio. La piscina è a disposizione da metà giugno a metà settembre. Possibilità di parcheggiare in cortile privato. Sono presenti animali domestici.

Spazioso monolocale di recente ristrutturazione, situato nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria che collega le città di Vercelli e Torino. Ideale per week end e per soggiorni lavorativi o a breve termine. Il centro del paese, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, è fornito di ogni servizio principale (posta/banche/ristorante/bar). Siamo a 10 minuti dalle uscite autostradali (caselli di Rondissone e Borgo D'Ale) della A4 che collega Torino a Milano.
