This bright and spacious basement suite is central in Vernon close to all amenities, and it's only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops throughout, and the cupboards are all loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the Master there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & another bathroom! Additionally, there's in-suite laundry, driveway parking, and a shed for storage.

We are a 2 minute drive from the Trans Canada Highway, making it convenient as an overnight stop between Vancouver and Calgary. FREE off road parking for 2 vehicles! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, with comfortable duvet. The sitting room has a brand new (double) sofa bed.
