The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.
