Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood to enjoy fresh and peaceful surroundings.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
