Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Little House on the River

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on our covered deck with river views.
