The Buffum House is a new, clean, and loved 1,200 sq/ft 2nd floor apt. in North Salem, just outside of downtown. Close enough to walk everywhere but slightly nestled into a historic neighborhood that gets away from the craziness. It is the best of both worlds. The train is a 5 minute walk but far enough to not hear it. North Salem has a few coffeeshops and breakfast joints a stone throw away. And, oh yeah, the apartment is awesome! Start strong and come stay in one of Salem's best offerings!

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

Nestled within the historical Derby Street neighborhood in Salem, MA, The House of Three Gables offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, a livingroom w/tv, and a full kitchen. Free Wi-fi and parking available on premise. This prime location is less than a 3 minute stroll to the Salem/Boston Ferry with museums, restaurants, and shops around every corner. NOTES: No full kitchen Two steep flights of stairs (not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children)

The Gilbert Chadwick House on Charter Street is a renovated, centrally located apartment perfect for visiting all of Salem's sites and having a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Previously owned by the Peabody Essex Museum, this property was lovingly restored with a modern look.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.
