This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse is a work of art in its painting, furnishing and decor. This was once my home, but now is set up to be a dedicated short term rental on Airbnb. Extra comfortable Tempurpedic beds, a giant Lovsac beanbag, a fenced in private courtyard, full kitchen are just a few of the delightful feature of this house. Just a 2 blocks from the start of Brandywine Park,and a few more blocks from the start of downtown, this place is ideally situated for a home-like stay downtown.

If birds happily chirping in the inner sounds delightful, you’ve found your heavenly oasis. This rare one bedroom townhouse is your peace and tranquility away from home. Camera: There is a non PTZ(point tilt zoom) stationed up above the vestibule door as soon as you walk in. It’s pointing towards entrance door only to ensure compliance of rules (no partying) and safety of the property. It is active and recording. Parking: Free on the Street, also free on the back in our driveway.
