There is a calm beach and bay right in front which is easily accessible and fun for all ages as the waves are gently rolling in. The apartment has a garden view with sun until the afternoon. Welcome to Casa Lena! A cozy penthouse, centrally located to enjoy the soul of Santa Maria. You are only a 3min walk away from the beautiful central beach! The apartment is also equipped with high speed internet for remote workers :) In the mornings on the port, you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen and enjoy the beach bars during the day. In the street there is a delicious bakery, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and taxis if you wish to visit the island or go kiting at kitebeach!

Wonderful ground floor studio apartment in the private beach front residence Porto Antigo 2, probably the best location in Santa Maria, with private and windsheltered pool, next to the village beach and right in the center of town. This spacious studio has the perfect setting, only steps away from the pool with a big cozy terrace and a little sea view. This studio is for up to 2 adults plus 2 children. It has all the amenities like free Wifi, Smart TV, aircon, complete kitchen and bathroom.

Love Island komt naar Cabo Verde. Oké, niet helemaal waar, maar dit gloednieuwe appartement beschikt over de echte Love Island vibes. Het luxe appartement met sfeervolle tuin is zeer smaakvol ingericht en bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Santa Maria en op slechts 150 m van het strand! Het nieuwe appartementen complex: Santa Maria Residence heeft een moderne uitstraling, 2 liften en een rooftop pool! Vanaf het dakterras heb je een 360 view over de stad, de zee en het strand. Een unicum!

Superb large private villa with pool

A large detached private 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 close to Santa Maria. Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.

Die Wohnung Orchidea befindet sich in 1. Meereslinie, im 1.Stockwerk eines Wohngebäudes und hat eine Aussicht auf den Strand und Meer. Leider befindet sich seitlich der Unterkunft eine akuelle Baustelle . Kostenfreies Wifi verfügbar. Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer sicheren Wohngegen. Ein Auto brauch man nicht um hier zu leben. Der Strand ist 50 Meter, die nächste Bar/Restaurant 80 Meter, 200 Meter Scooter- und Fahrradverleih, Minimarket 20 Meter, der Zentrum 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.
