L'appartement est idéalement situé, les sites d'intérêts à Varna étant facilement accessibles depuis ce point. Nous avons apprécié la convivialité d'Elena et le fait que l'appartement soit équipé de plein de petites choses qui ont facilité notre séjour (serviettes, literie, produits d'hygiène de base, sachets de thé, etc) En revanche si vous avez besoin de silence pour dormir envisagez de choisir un logement un peu plus éloigné de l'allée principale, qui est très touristique et animée le soir. Personnellement, ça ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Merci encore Elena !

Super séjour passé chez Svetoslav. L'appartement est très spacieux. En revanche, pas de place de stationnement contrairement à l'annonce. Tout le reste était très bien

El apartamento es mejor aún que en las fotos. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario. Los electrodomésticos son todos de primeras marcas. Está en pleno centro. Es una zona muy animada en una calle peatonal con muchos restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. A pesar de esto, el apartamento es tranquilo. La terraza es maravillosa para disfrutar con buen tiempo. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy fluida, responden muy rápido a cualquier consulta. Fueron muy amables, ya que nos dejaron varios detalles de cortesía como galletas, cápsulas de café, bebidas. Cuando volvamos a Varna, esperamos quedarnos en este apartamento otra vez.

It is is a lovely flat situated in the heart of the city and within easy reach of all necessary amenities. The host is super friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Patienten der Dentaprime Zahnklinik. Ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Tipp: Geschirrtücher haben mir gefehlt, um meinen Abwasch abtrocknen zu können. Ich komme gerne wieder

Der Aufenthalt in Hristinas Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, der Seegarten war sehr nah und bat eine tolle Aussicht. Im Apartement haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Hristina war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich werde am 18. März abreisen. Dennoch schreibe ich meine Bewertung heute schon. Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Alles hat zu 100 % gestimmt. Hier an diesem Ort hast du wirklich die perfekten Gastgeber. Du kannst nichts falsch machen, wenn du hier buchen tust. Es ist ein ruhiger und idyllischer Ort wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Wenn du abschalten willst, deine Seele baumeln lassen willst, bist du hier perfekt aufgehoben. Ich hatte fantastische Tage. Am Tag habe ich mich mit Freunden getroffen. Um in die Stadt zu fahren kann man den Bus nehmen oder sich einfach sehr günstig in das Taxi setzen. Ein Supermarkt der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, ist fussläufig binnen 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Dies ist wirklich ein Ort zum runterkommen. Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich nur vom Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Vi var en gjeng som leide huset til Boris i forbindelse med en golfferie, og der lå perfekt til med fin avstand til Thracian Cliffs, Lighthouse og Blacksea Rama-banene. Boris var også behjelpelig med å fikse sjåfør som fikset transport til og fra flyplass, golf og dagligvare. Fantastisk utsikt og et flott hus. Kan absolutt anbefales!!

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og behagelig å bo i. Det er flere dagligvare butikker i gå avstand, i tillegg til et par spisesteder. Det tar ca 10min å gå til bussen som går til sentrum. Verten er veldig hjelpsom og er rask til å svare. Har bare positive ting å si om henne. Greit å vite: Anbefaler ikke leiligheten for de som er dårlig til beins ettersom heisen ikke fungerer. Leiligheten ligger også opp en bakke. Men dersom dette ikke er et problem, er dette absolutt en god leilighet å bo i ❤️

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

Wow—what an amazing stay! 10/10, couldn’t recommend it more! The hosts were incredibly professional and super helpful from start to finish, which made everything so easy. The location is just perfect—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the sea. You honestly can’t beat it! The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!
