If there's a disturbance brewing and it looks like it's going to develop into a storm, I will reach out. I work on the premise that if I wouldn't go, I will advise you to reschedule. Visitors do not need to be on island during a hurricane! Some hosts learned the hard way when Irma and Maria went through in 2017. As they say, "Not on my watch!"

Cute 1/1 apartment located on quiet side of St. Thomas. Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs. Hidden Hilltop Treasure

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite centrally located. All races/religions are welcomed. Smoking is not allowed in the suite, or on the property. So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable. Note: the patio is not meant for large gatherings. If you would like to use the patio for a small event, contact us.
