This cheery home sits on a lush estate with landscaped gardens and fruit trees in Mullins Bay. Close to the beach and all the island’s hot spots, it’s one of our most conveniently located villas in Barbados. A playground for the rich and famous, Barbados is an ideal gateway for visitors pursuing fine dining and high-end shopping, and of course its beaches are some of the best in the world. You’ll find plenty of amenities in this luxury villa, including a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, complete with surrounding lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Spend a lazy afternoon napping in the hammock under tropical trees, while evenings offer opportunities for casual barbecues in the dining gazebo. There’s a housekeeping service offered six days a week to help keep everything neat and tidy. Inside, the living room opens up to the terrace and is warmly decorated in neutrals and shades of blue. It also boasts tasteful furnishings, tile flooring and colorful artwork. This space flows into the interior dining area with an elegant table under a chandelier near doors that open up to the outdoors. Whip up an island-inspired meal in the fully equipped kitchen, it offers modern appliances, a center island, and wooden cabinetry. Up to eight guests are able to stay in this home’s four individually decorated bedrooms, and children are welcome here. All suites include air conditioning as well as en-suite bathrooms with showers, and some rooms boast views of the sea. There’s a king size bed in the primary suite and one other guest suite, while the remaining rooms include queen beds. As a guest at Sundown, you’ll be close to Mullins Beach, a popular spot for sunbathing, swimming and trying out new water sports like jet skiing. TreeTops villa is a tranquil, secluded and spacious open plan villa with 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms supplemented by a further self-contained one bedroom, one bathroom garden annexe (Little TreeTops!). There is a large, private pool set in lush tropical gardens. Ideally positioned in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac just a short walk from Mullins beach it's ideal for families and couples alike where you are likely to see the famous green monkey's frolicking in the garden on a daily basis!

3 Bedroom Villa with pool 30 second walk to beach

This villa is nestled in a beautiful little gated community, just steps from Mullins beach. The villa is peaceful, secluded and perfect for entertaining, barbequing or to simply relaxing on the lounge beds by the lap pool. If desired, it is fully air-conditioned and incredibly comfy, inside and out! Just a short walk down the beach, you will find the "Sea Shed" restaurant! Here you will find plenty of drinks, great food, beach chairs and umbrellas! The perfect place to spend a day in the sun!

Superb 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views at Mullins Beach. Green Monkey is a bright, spacious two bedroom apartment set within Beacon Hill, a small gated development at Mullins on the famous west coast of Barbados. Green Monkey has wonderful sea views from the large terrace and affords easy access to Mullins Beach through the private coded gate. Just a few steps through the gardens you'll find the shared pool and jacuzzi. The pool is shared with 5 apartments and is seldom busy.

On the west coast of Barbados, Mullins Reef overlooks the beach and natural reef. During the day, the waters are generally calm with impressive views of the coast and the Caribbean sea. The property is walking distance to Mullins beach and restaurants: Seashed, Larry Rogers and Bombas. 5 mins drive north in Speightstown there is -The Local & Co, Fishpot, One Eleven. 8 mins drive south in Holetown -Tides restaurant, The Cliff, QP Bistro, Fusion, Michael Hinds, Paul Owen’s restaurant and more.

Tropical garden villa 7 min walk to fabulous beach

Lovely bright spacious garden villa situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is very private and surrounded by lush garden with several mango and palm trees. Just over 5 mins walk to most beautiful beach where locals swim, look out for the turtles ! Just a 10 mins walk to Speightstown, where you will find supermarket, shops, bank, great cafes, restaurants and bars and a good dive school. Car is not essential but if you wish to see the Island the bus station is less than 10 min walk.

Oceanfront 1 Bed on West Coast - Sea Spray Villas

Sea Spray Villa is right on the ocean. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the stunning 25ft terrace just off your living room. You can hear the relaxing sound of the waves day and night. The house has its own private steps down to the beach, perfect for snorkeling or swimming. You share this access with the upper unit. There are plenty of white sand beaches just down the road as well. The bedroom is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Car rental $50 per day.

Mullins Beach - Beautiful 3 Bed Villa with Pool

Tucked away in a private cul de sac with no through traffic and within only 4 minutes walking distance of Mullins Beach on the beautiful platinum coast of Barbados, this one story newly renovated 3 bedroom villa has the benefit of being close to all amenities to include supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shopping. The property has open plan living and to the exterior is a large pool and garden that offers the perfect setting for intimate get-togethers or bbqs and wonderful easterly breezes.

Our villas are positioned around a beautiful 30 metre swimming pool and a bar. Each villa comes with a spacious indoor and outdoor dining area and a kitchen. Each bedroom has its own en-suit bath or shower room. Children and families are most welcome. We run a concierge service 5 days a week to assist.

Beachfront home on west coast of Barbados

Located on one of the best beaches on the west coast of Barbados, Sanderlings is a wonderful family home with direct beach access. It has two ensuite bedrooms, a large sitting/dining room, kitchen, garden and plenty of outside terraces where you can sit and relax overlooking the Caribbean sea. The beach is very quiet and you will often have it to yourself (apart from the odd monkey!). The property has a gated driveway and is walking distance to Speightstown.
