House of 160 m², fully renovated and equipped for 12 people (possibility of 14). Its large east-west crossing living room with balcony, its additional lounge area and its private sauna will seduce you. The slopes and shops of St Martin (3 Valleys domain) are accessible in 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes by free shuttle (stop 300m from the house, 5 buses per day) or 15 minutes on foot. However, we recommend that you have at least one car for your group.

The village of Le Lavassay is located next to the Bettex chair lift which goes in 5 minutes to the centre of Les Menuires. It is a very quiet and authentic place, south exposed and the house is not overlooked. The apartment offers a very comfortable and warm atmosphere as well as a big garden and covered terrace.
