Hillside getaway in Frigate Bay

Spacious and beautifully designed villa with dazzling views out to the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, and across to Nevis. Perched on the hillside of Fort Tyson Rise in Frigate Bay (and with over 2,500 sq ft to enjoy!), the house was lovingly built with luxurious coral stone flooring, high-beamed ceilings, an expansive outdoor veranda and a huge open plan kitchen/dining/living area - designed to take full advantage of the cooling sea breezes and with plenty of room to relax and have fun!

Stunning St Kitts Villa onthe ocean

Modern villa in the best part of St Kitts. The house has the largest infinity pool on the island and a new tennis court. Stare into the ocean during the days on a large deck with half of it covered for shade. At night, the covered deck has screens that protect you from any mosquittos so you can enjoy dinner and the BBQ while listening to the birds sing.
