This magnificent property is 2 acres of hilltop island serenity. The trade winds blow their cooling breeze year round and the view is over 180 degrees of Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. The property recently has a new owner and has not been on Airbnb or VRBO so only a few reviews . Enjoy the views on the 7 acre estate of Christiansted, overlooking the ocean, Altona Lagoon, and the Buccaneer Resort. This property is ultra safe with an 8’ fence around 4 acres of the property and electronic gates. The house is 3,500 ft.² and enjoys gorgeous ocean views from numerous beautiful glass doors to its private swimming pool. The property under took a major modern renovation in 2020.

Our beachfront house is only 15 feet from the water's edge. The only way to be closer to the sea is to be in a boat! The house was built in 2009 and is sturdily made of insulated concrete. Each bedroom has its own balcony access overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, as well as a nice kitchen and indoor living areas, enhance your relaxing, beach experience.
