You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. We have beach stairs access here. There is even a studio on-site for a souvenir of your stay in NB, at the on-site Seawitch studio.

We are a Catholic family with 3 loud kids. Your kids are welcome above the 2 person guest limit, but it may be cramped. Located walking distance from the university & hospital. 4 minute walk from a 10 minute bus ride to uptown. No pets, no smoking or drugs, no overnight guests. We don't charge BS cleaning fees. All other fees are from airbnb. Light breakfast items available, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, selection varies. You may use the BBQ.

The room is part of a year round B&B and a full breakfast is provided. This Room was called the STUDY and we are slowly theming it to represent the name as much as possible. Come enjoy a rest...or homework !
