Mojito Island Cottage

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Welcome to our waterfront home with direct access to the gulf! Located in St.James City, Pine Island, this beautifully renovated home, offers a spacious open concept style with two bedroom (Bedroom 1: Queen Bed+Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (Queen Bottom+Full Top) and two bathrooms. Den with a Queen Size pullout sofa. Sanibel and Captiva Beach are a short boat ride away, area features world class fishing. Marina located on the same canal, home has dock to tie up boat. Gorgeous & Spacious 3/3.5, Incredible Water Views!

Incredible 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with endless water views! This brand new renovated home offers so much space for the whole family. Two primary suites with king size beds, guest bedroom with 2 queens one with a twin trundle, back den with a foosball table, ping pong table that converts into a pool table, large lot with plenty of space for boat trailers and a small boat house with a lift that can hold up to 8k lbs and 20' boat or smaller and so much more! No pets if less than a week, $150 fee.

Blue Laguna - Vacation in paradise!

Beautiful and welcoming are just two words to describe this magnificent, 4 story home with heated private pool and sweeping 360 degree water views from the observation deck. Blue Laguna features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths allowing this home to sleep up to 6 people. Two screened in lanai's so you can sit and enjoy the island breeze and leave the sliding doors open for a true island nature experience during the colder seasons. A golf cart for 4 persons is also included in the rental.

Whole cozy house

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Take it easy at this Island, PRIVATE, waterfront getaway! Enjoy a large PRIVATE electric heated pool, located directly on canal. Completely private entrance. Please be aware that Pine Island is a somewhat remote island without many commercial businesses and no public beaches but there’s more than plenty to do! 5 restaurants within 1 mile by car and many more within 8 miles. Located on a quiet residential street, directly on the water. Car is a must!

2 Bedroom Island Oasis Getaway

Hi to all of our past & future guests. Our home is such a great place to stay, we are just steps from the water, fishing & the beautiful sunsets. We have space for your boat or you can rent one locally. Completely remodeled home as of March 2022, there is a master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom along with a large bathroom. Guest will have access to the entire house including the lanai, patio, boat dock, boat ramp and parking.
