You love the water... then this is your place to be! The 2-story villa with heated pool and Gulf access has been completly renovated in 2024! Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool privides a nice refreshment after a day out and about.

cozy 1st floor apartment

wonderful first floor efficiency. 400 sq ft. includes bedroom, bathroom with shower and livingroom with fridge, airfryer oven that bakes, toasts and reheats. induction burner with frying pan and stock pot. all utensils and dishes and drinking glasses. kuerig. under cover parking. kayaks, fishing poles and bikes right on the water. your own parking spot under cover right next to the apartment. the upstairs unit has its own driveway.
