Relax at this newly renovated villa, safely tucked away in the gated community of Porters Gate on the west coast. All furnishings and appliances are of the highest standard and the villa is immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. This 3-bedroom retreat features an open plan with fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. The air-conditioned bedrooms are on the upper floor with en-suite bathrooms. Mullins Crest. A stunning & spacious villa in a gated complex with communal pool, Tennis Court, Gym and Children’s park. It is well presented & modern.The master bedroom has a king size bed & ensuite, 2nd bedroom a queen bed & 3rd bedroom twin beds. The downstairs entrance opens into the living & dining area. It has a large kitchen. The rear terrace has a private plunge pool, dining area, loungers and barbecue. The Mullins Beach restaurant, ‘Sea Shed’ has excellent reviews.

Romantic villa - free beach club access - own pool

Indesun is a private townhouse situated in a lovely and quiet gated community in St James, close to Holetown and only a few minutes walk from the best beaches. We offer free beach club access to Fairmont Royal Pavilion (6-8 min walk). We have recently refurbished our house to provide a relaxing, luxurious, and romantic home with a private plunge pool. There are also a tennis court and a bigger community pool just a few meters away from the house within the gated community.

The elegant two-storey townhouse has an open plan living area, al-fresco dining on a covered terrace, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and is air-conditioned throughout. The three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) are all located on the upper floor, while the main living areas are on the ground floor. There is a shared communal pool at The Falls that our guests can enjoy, along with access to the Beach House in Holetown.
