Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

It is a traditional, fisherman’s 2-bedroom cottage (with parking) which is in the heart of St Ives. It is literally moments from St Ives’ best beaches and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby. There is an outside shower at the rear access so great for washing off sand before relaxing indoors.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
