Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Numerous skylights/windows make the space airy and bright throughout. Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.
