C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Très confortable, décoré et entretenu avec soin pour un séjour exceptionnel au dessus de l'océan, proche des nombreux cafés et restaurants longeant la plage et à 2 pas des écoles de surf, au coeur de ce village berbère convivial mêlant pêcheurs, commerçants, surfeurs du monde entier...et quelques touristes.

Tiene una playa a 300 metros a la que se puede ir caminando accediendo por un sendero rural al lado de la villa. Se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo de Santa Ursula , con varios supermercados y buenos restaurantes. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

"Dar Youssef" est une maison située dans le village de Ouassen, sur le versant Sud du Cap Sim, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la baie de Sidi Kaouki. Un lieu inoubliable et paisible, à quelques minutes à pieds de plages de sable sauvages et 20 minutes en voiture d'Essaouira. Idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes. A proximité des meilleurs spots de surf et de kite du Maroc !
