Take a break and unwind at this peaceful home, located in a quiet safe neighborhood right in downtown Sandpoint! Our home is less than 5 minutes away from the lake, supermarkets, hospital, city library, nice restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, golf courses, pickle ball courts and to the First Street at the heart of downtown. A half a block away you will find a free public bus stop, and 20 minutes drive to Schweitzer Ski resort. Sandpoint has everything one needs!

Luxurious home w/ hot tub & boat slip

Bring your boat! You will have access to community waterfront and your own boat slip, boat lift and dock space. This home is secondary waterfront & a 5 minute walk to the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
