Perched above Safford, this estate-style home offers breathtaking views. At night, enjoy the Milky Way in Arizona’s clear skies or the glow of city lights below. By day, take in views of surrounding mountain ranges. The home features five bedrooms, an attached bunk room, a fully equipped kitchen, two family areas, a dining room, an office, and an upstairs room for a bedroom or play space. Outside, relax in the backyard gazebo with a fireplace perfect for the peaceful desert setting.

Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

There are 2 separate primary bedrooms with in room bathrooms. Two separate living areas, one has a big screen tv and the other has a piano, and plenty of seating to read or just relax. Great set up for a crew to have separate space or family & friends traveling together.

It's a great camper located in Safford. It has a comfortable couch and dining table. The kitchen has a working stove, microwave, a beautiful small fridge, bread toaster, and a coffee machine. The cooking wear is not provided. The bedroom has a comfortable full size mattress and 2 closets beside the bed one on each side. And definitely, there's a hot and cold water in the bathroom and the kitchen. Have a lovely stay ✨️

Clean, Cute and Comfortable

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located property. This home has the charm of yester-year with the comforts of today. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the other bedroom with a bunkbed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top. There is covered parking and the home is with-in walking distance to down-town area.
