Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso mashine. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

A well appointed home with three bedrooms, outdoor an indoor living areas and a huge grassed front yard big enough for a cricket match. The Space The home is equipped with Smart TV, Split System Air-conditioning, Kitchen Appliances, Quality Cookware and all the sundries to make your stay feel very comfortable, including quality linen throughout.

Our studio is a cozy and inviting space designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light and beautiful calming plants. The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

This unit is fully self contained with off street parking, TV, laundry facilities and access to onsite shared facilities including a large swimming pool and BBQ. The town centre of Rockingham is only a 5 minute drive away with restaurants, cafe's, cinemas and other entertainment. Train station is also only 5 minutes away.

The sea is located a few minutes walk away at the end of the street! As is the popular kite-surfing destination "The Pond". Our older style home is located in the coastal suburb of Safety Bay (Rockingham) and is furnished with comfort in mind. There is a fenced back yard with grass and gardens for adults, kids and dogs to enjoy. Penguin Island, dolphin tours and fantastic beaches, restaurants and cafe are on your doorstep!
