The perfect house for those looking for a bit of quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. “Asahi” was originally a “Minka,” a traditional Japanese folk house, which we remodeled a few years ago. “Asahi” is one out of three houses on our property and as we rent “Asahi” in its entirety, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of your own privacy. The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests.

越後七浦の海と山の麓にある築100年の古民家を改装した一棟貸しの宿です。 古民家と言うにはあまりにも簡素な家ですが古い様で新しい。 この気持ち良さを旅の思い出のひとつとしていただけたらと思います。 ここは新潟市西蒲区（旧岩室村）の間瀬海岸 北陸道・巻ICから車で25分・三条燕ICから35分。眼下に広がる越後七浦の水平線。 誰もいない海辺の朝の散歩。 まるでジブリの世界のようなハイキングコース。 近くには人里離れた山の中のカフェや 海に沈む夕日を見ながらのイタリアンレストランもあります。 岩室温泉の名店のお弁当を購入されまったりと過ごすことも。 採れたての野菜を調理して楽しめる様にアグリツーリズムも計画中。 潮の香と波の音に癒されのんびりしたり、海水浴はもちろん弥彦山登山、サーフィンやジェットスキー。海岸線のドライブやツーリングなど楽しみ方は様々です。 我が家の「はなれ」としてゆっくりお過ごしください。

Located an 8-minute walk from the Ryotsu Port Terminal of Sado Kisen Steamship, the house can be rented out for a maximum of 8 people. Please be assured that this is not a type of accommodation shared with other guests. There is a living and dining space, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook. There are four bedrooms. Each room has 2 single beds, for a total of 8 beds.

玄関を引くと、はじめに木の匂いがします。 築130年。明治の大工が建てた家が、佐渡の山田という集落に残っています。土間があり、見上げるほどの梁があり、奥にはいまも火の入る囲炉裏があります。 私たちは、この家に何も足していません。畳を替え、水まわりを直し、冷暖房とWi-Fiを入れました。あとの130年分は、そのまま置いてあります。 一日一組。1名でも10名でも、家ごとお貸しします。台所も、縁側も、池のある庭も、蔵も、その日はあなたのものです。 夕方は子どもが廊下を走り、夜は庭で星を見上げ、朝は鳥の声で目が覚める。そういう一日のために、この家はあります。 佐和田エリアの店まで車でおよそ10分、コンビニまで6分ほど。島をめぐる拠点にも使えます。

新潟県佐渡市の真ん中、国中平野新穂地区にある古民家の宿です。明治に建てられた築130年の古民家をリフォームし、宿泊施設としてオープンしました。宿から少し歩くと、田んぼがひろがる国仲平野が一望でき、朱鷺が舞う姿をみることができます。オーナーは米農家でありながら、佐渡の自然をナビゲートする佐渡自然塾を運営。佐渡の澄んだ満点の星空を、オーナーの解説を聞きながら観察する事もできます。佐渡の自然を楽しみながら、ゆったりとした時間をお過ごしください。

佐渡汽船小木港から車で約３分。徒歩１３分。 1日1組限定の1棟貸しの宿です。 伝七屋はこの家のもともとの屋号です。近所の人たちが呼び慣れ、親しみのあるこの屋号をそのまま宿の名前にしました。 国の重要伝統的建造物群保存地区内にある昭和３年に建てられた古民家です。高い吹き抜けがあり開放的です。 暮らすようにお過ごしいただくために、生活に必要な設備を整えています。
