Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Adorable Casita with Outdoor Entertainment

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. As you can tell the photos speak for themselves in describing our property. Awesome views, amazing sunsets, great gas fireplace sitting area, large natural fire pit, and of course an amazing pool to sunbathe around and cool off!

We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson.
