The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.

Hard to find, ski in/ski out 1 BR unit in prestigious Locke Mtn Townhomes. Apartment is located on the Tempest ski run (White Cap chair) in the lower level of our own townhouse. Ski right to your front door, then relax in the beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Nightly price covers 2 people. Extra guests are an extra $25 per person, per night.
