Deborah is first and foremost a wonderful host! She goes above and beyond. The space has a warm and charming feel. You feel like an honored guest. The only thing I would say is if you are looking for a longer stay the kitchen corner is right next to the families. Only a light door separates you from each other. There is a small microwave and two burners. I felt I had to be quiet. But they are such warm and wonderful people I would highly recommend this cozy spot in Cape Elizabeth !

This was, by far, our favorite AirBnB we've ever stayed at! Plenty of space, comfy furniture and fabulous beds, nightlights, a huge TV, and a gorgeous kitchen in a beautiful building. The hosts provided a book of details for guests including plenty of local eateries, breweries, and sightseeing in the area. And the most amazing thing is that it was SUPER clean! I wish their cleaning service could come to my house!

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

This cozy spot in South Portland is charming, well-situated, and super comfortable. Was just perfect for our stay to be near our daughter and her family for a week. I also really appreciate Wynne's attention to sustainability and eco-friendly touches.

Alex was very communicative and the location is perfect for easy access to downtown Portland. The space was quiet and private. The designated parking spot is also a great perk given how much of a hassle it can be to park in downtown Portland. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

What an absolutely beautiful home! Host is very thorough with directions, check in and check out procedures that made our stay as easy as possible.This was our first visit to the area but certainly will not be the last. The house was incredibly clean, beds super comfortable and luxury bathrooms. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace at night too.

Our stay was timed perfectly for a quick overnight for spring skiing at Cannon the next day. Being ~15 min away is so much better than driving over 4hrs total in 1 day for skiing! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (3 for this trip) and our stuff, place was easy to find, well-lit and almost too warm with the heaters doing a good job. Instructions and communications were super clear, with Henry being proactive and checking in. Definitely recommend for a weekend in the mountains - we will be back once the snow allows!

My wife and I were both very pleased. Private, beautiful setting, rain or shine. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were very complete.

had a great time with family and dogs. it rained most the weekend but house had an abundance of board games and bumper pool. couldn't get gaming table to work. used the waffle iron and made over night waffle batter. kitchen had every plate, pan, dish we could have needed. hot tub was nice, we went in the first night while there was a break in the rain. we used the solo stove the second day when the rain finally let up some. I have no negatives, the house was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. 10 out of 10.

I stayed with my family for my daughter's wedding and we had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. I will go back again and recommend to my friends.

Excellent place and felt like our home. We went with friends and families and kids enjoyed a lot!!! Lot of games, fire pit in the deck - really a good choice to have specifically with kids, avoiding the area near the woods during night time. It also helped us to manage the kids along with barbecuing(well thought). Ample space in bedrooms and each side tables had the options of various charging cables.(Literally avoided taking ours and then later searching for it - Wonderful initiatives). Nice clean and neat towels, kitchen and various cooking appliances, and entertainment options. We are eager to come back again!!! Kudos to the property owners!!!

Anca was so responsive and very helpful with our stay. The space was great for our family of 4. We were close to the restaurants and entertainment North Conway offers. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This is my second year staying here. It did not disappoint. Very clean and neat. Host is always very responsive and friendly. Quiet location to enjoy the area. If you need a place to stay in this area I would highly recommend this place to stay!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

Condo was as advertised. Clean and great amenities. Great spot for ski weekend. Meredith was great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable accommodations and everything in working order. Had everything in the kitchen we needed as we had all meals ready in
