A private full bath with tub/shower combo included at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach! Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Waterviews! This 1 bedroom apt has a new “purple”mattress, above our detached garage in classic Maine waterfront neighborhood. Next door to the iconic Town Landing Market and Town Landing pier/beach. In beautiful Falmouth Foreside neighborhood. Walkable to Dockside Restaurant and marina, and 10 minute drive or bus to downtown Portland. 20 minute drive to Freeport shopping. We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

Unobstructed water view, a 1 block walk to Huot's restaurant & bar, the neighborhood beach, and a buzzing marina with wave runners and sailing trips are at your disposal. Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know who is coming. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.
