Coziness & Luxury in Piata Sfatului

This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square. The apartment also features a 13 sqm (140 sq ft) lovely loft where the bedroom is located. The bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It includes ViIleroy&Boch WC and sink and a Hansgrohe Raindance shower. Everything inside is brand new and top of the line done in modern renovation style. This apartment is the ultimate luxury that Brasov has to offer in the absolutely most charming central location. For American tourists, 110V US standard wall plugs are available throughout the apartment. This ultra luxurious and brand newly renovated studio apartment is located in the very heart of Brasov's historic district directly next to the main square of Piata Sfatului and near all of downtown Brasov attractions including the well-known Biserica Neagra which is across the square. Dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are all nearby. This home belongs to a set of three apartments which occupy the first floor of the building. Charming Villa in a Private Mountain Resort

Enjoy the magnificent scenery in a private mountain resort, 5 min away from Brasov. The villa has huge terraces and balconies with spectacular mountain views and lots of comfy lounge chairs, Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, table tennis, table football, a large living room with fireplace, barbecue grill, covered outdoor dining place, a large variety of board games, on-site car park for up to 4 cars, including a garage. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Transylvania.

Cozy new apartement with view!

The flat is in a new building, situated at the edge between the old and the new town (10 minutes walk to the Council Square, 5 minutes to the pedestrian street, 5 min. walk to the new shopping mall Afi). The flat is very sunny and full of light, especially in the after noon, facing south. It has a big balcony with a view towards the old town and the hill (Tampa). Perfect to have a break outside, on the balcony, while working from home inside! Lately was rented a lot for home-working!

I LOFT Brasov

It's a great 40m2 loft in Brasov, one of the most beautiful cities in Transylvania, 15-20min by foot to Old City center, quiet area, great views, close to restaurants, bars, museums, nightlife and easy access to winter sports in Poiana Brasov. With its fantastic 30m2 terrace, you will get an entire view of the surroundings. You’ll love my place because of the cosy and elegant new building. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The villa is located in a nice and quiet houses area. Guest's apartment has 110 sq m (4 rooms apartment) and is located at the upper floor of the villa. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends, the location is kids friendly, families are welcome as well as single travelers, couples, groups of friends or business travelers. Free parking spots are available in front of the entrance. Access to public transport: 10 minutes walking distance to bus stations.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Decemer 2010. Ava Republique Ultra Central Modern Apartment

Ava Republique is located on Republicii Street, the famous street of the historical center of Brasov. Only a 5-minute walk will get you to the Black Church, and to the main touristic attractions. Republicii Street is one of the most important tourist attractions in Brasov, an objective which should not miss it. From here you can walk freely on the cobbled medieval streets where you can enjoy a good coffee at one of tens terraces.
