Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft kommt man zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 67qm und ist großzügig eingeteilt. Das Badezimmer hat eine Urwaldbrause und Handbrause, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn, beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, ein Lift ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden

Sie können in Ihrem eigenen Whirlpool & der Sauna entspannen, die auf der großzügigen Terasse Platz finden. Es handelt sich um ein Premium-Studio-Apartment. Die Küche und derWohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen, desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.
