The only "beach" place with geaothermally heated seawater, a hot pot and changing rooms. Situated next to a lovely "forest" leading up to Perlan (great view of the city, but nothing else really).

Cheapest supermarket in Iceland. It is 10-15 minutes walk from our house. Next to it there are 2 other supermarkets (Krónan, which is also cheap and Nettó, open 24hrs- a little more expensive but still reasonable.)

The most cozy supermarket in town. It is tiny but they have everything. Considered posh so it is not the cheapest but they have fresh fish and meat as well as grilled chicken, fries, warm sheeps head and hagish to take away.
