A very important historical town guarding the north south passage at this important junction. Wonderful Citadel, also awarded the "town of flowers", as well as a great place to discover. Sits on the edge of the Durance best view of the town is actually from the A51 autoroute.

While at the Lake de St Croix, must see this town etched into the mountainside next door. Wonderful with the river cutting down between the middle of the town. Full of artists and special "Fiance" (fine china) potteries.
