Sightseeing
Everyone loves seeing the Dam. There is parking at the far end from the condo. The first parking lot on the right before you go over the dam is for boaters so go across the the parking lot after the Dam (on the right) It's a few dollars to park and walk the length (about 2 miles) or go to the beach.

Parks & Nature
Beautiful river front walking/jogging trails for miles with beautiful scenery. Look for alligators, sometimes you can see them laying around ;) Bring your camera its photo worthy!

This mall is very close to the condo and the best one in the area. Ladies I'm a shop-aholic ... if you've been to any major city your not going to be that impressed but trust me it's the cleanest, safest mall in the surrounding areas! There's a Belk and a Dillard's. Nordtrom Rack is across the street!
