Dive into the Olive Oil & Wine tradition in Split. Visit my family farm, learn about the ancient process to produce olive oil and wine and try the best bites of our gastronomy. It is a true Dalmatian story FROM FARM TO TABLE. You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. Scopri insieme a me quest'isola meravigliosa. inizieremo con un meraviglioso giro in barca dell'isola di capri con una tipica barca caprese di piccole dimensioni (gozzo) condotta dal mio co-host Flo , ti mostrermo tutte le bellezze che l'isola di capri può offrire: un giro tra grotte e insenature della durata di un'ora.... ti lascerà senza fiato!! Successivamente ci sposteremo con un mini bus nella parte più alta dell'isola, Anacapri, dove sarà possibile godere di una vista incredibile, passeggiare nel piccolo paesino, raggiungere la vetta del monte Solaro con la seggiovia o semplicemente rilassarsi assaggiando deliziose specialità locali. Dopo 2 ore circa raggiungeremo il centro di Capri, cuore dell'isola, dove si trova la famosa "Piazzetta", passando per i piccoli vicoli caratterizzati dalle lussuose boutique, raggiungeremo i Giardini di Augusto, che offrono la migliore vista sui faraglioni simbolo dell'isola per lasciarti ancora una volta senza fiato. Passerete una giornata indimenticabile non ve ne pentirete!! **con mare mosso o maltempo la barca potrebbe essere diversa da quella in foto per garantire maggiore sicurezza**
