The single-level home offers comfort, privacy, and all the essentials for a laid-back Seacoast stay for four, plus a dog! Unwind after the beach, explore nearby Portsmouth and Kittery, or relax in the large yard or patio. Professionally cleaned and dog-friendly, this is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a classic coastal escape optimized for guests.

Seacoast Solo

A New England stopover 10+ min from the Atlantic Coast, restaurants, arts, shops, historical sites, and outdoor explores. Easily en route to MA, ME, VT +. One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and a convenient location.

Relax at Rye Beach & Portsmouth

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

Inside, you’ll find a brand-new kitchen, while the screened deck and large outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We provide all linens, bath towels, a beach wagon, and chairs—just bring your own favorite beach towels. No pets, Smoking or events allowed.

WiFi. Your own covered porch in the front and private large bedroom with king bed & private bath on the 2nd floor. Parking for one car. 3-Day Holiday Weekends require min 3 nights. NOTE: NO KITCHEN.

Spend your vacation on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and relax on the private patio [w/grill]. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, wake up in the morning with Isles of Shoals views from the comfiest king bed.

Charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom sunny apartment above our garage with a private entrance. Open concept, counter seating for 5 people. New appliances and cozy table seating area. Pullout queen bed couch. Bedroom with TV and ample drawer space. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants. We have 2 very friendly black labs on premises who like to hang out on the property… dog friendly is a must!

Billy's Beachside Bungalow-by Wallis Sands Beach

Relax by yourself or bring your Besty. This peaceful beach bungalow for 2 is across the street from Wallis Sands Beach with ocean views. Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*
