The apartment is in beautiful location. National footbal stadium and Ondrej Nepela Ice Hockey Arena from one side and Kuchajda lake from other side. City center is 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by car. You have a free parking for one car in the building. There are two big shopping centres by 5 minutes walk - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor from the street you have a grocery and drug store. Also there are three restaurants - sushi bar, steak house and italian food.

Spacious apt next to Nepela Arena

Veľký a priestranný byt v mestskej časti Ružinov, 2 min pešo k Aréne O. Nepelu, 10-15 min chôdze k NTC štadiónu a futbalového štadiónu. Parkovanie priamo na ulici za mestský poplatok. Zastávka autobusov a trolejbusov 5 min pešo - smer centrum alebo opačne - priame spojenie busom k BA letisku (15 min), žel. st. (15 min). Detské ihrisko pod domom. Supermarket - cca 10 min chôdze. Nearby you will also find shopping centers Aupark and Eurovea, the Janko Kráľ orchard and the University of Economics.

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
