Enjoy partial sunrise views in the morning while having coffee at your dining table. Then enjoy the warm sunset and a glass of wine on this homes beautiful front porch. The master suite includes a luxurious rain shower and romantic sleeping area with sunset and rooftop views to the sound! Shampoo, hairdryer and ironing board, luxurious bedding and towels provided. Warm cozy fireplace with soft throws for the chilly day. Roku, DVD player, with a large selection of CDs, and the internet will be ready for your convenience. Just want to read or meditate, perfect space available for that as well. Cleanliness and communication are most important to the Super Host. Keyless, private entrance includes a small patio to enjoy. This beautiful, newly built Proctor / North End gem has one bedroom and a spacious loft. Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

Peaceful North End Home

You will have the entire house and surrounds to enjoy to yourself with privacy and plenty of space to spread out. Built in 1903, the house has been recently remodeled, new kitchen, wood floors, etc. Enjoy your home-away-from-home in this peaceful, quiet, old residential neighborhood in the middle of North End Tacoma. Enjoy a slower pace, and relax. The neighborhood is great for walking, enjoying the views of Puget Sound, walking distance to Proctor District, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Point Defiance/Ruston; extra clean, self check in!

Nestled between city and nature, Pt Defiance Quarters overlooks the Puget Sound at the entrance to 5 mile drive. Enjoy coffee on the covered porch while watching the ferry come in! Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
