Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. Spacious and comfortable studio apartment with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Relax in the private hot tub after a day exploring the Bay of Islands. Eat either indoors or on the private deck.
