Welcome Aboard our self-contained unit for 4 people. Hosts live above. Plenty of parking for boat and 6 minutes to the sea, hook up a catch for the day. Come and relax in the bay, with lots to do and see, including the local trike tour rides for a different wave! If summer doesn't inspire a near clinical obsession with the water, then we don't know what does! Enjoy your visit & may all who enter as guests leave as friends. Included 1st days necessities for your pleasure.

Clendon Lodge Studio - waterfront property

2 Bedroom self-contained converted artist studio set in flat park-like grounds with olive grove, waterfront & stream (tidal) & boat ramp. Ideal for peaceful relaxation, fishing from nearby rocks, your boat or our kayaks, and as a base for sightseeing in the Bay of Islands, Russell, Paihia, Kerikeri and the Far North. Nearby swim at Jills Bay (walking distance), swim or surf at east coast Elliot Bay. 17km to Russell and the famous Duke of Marlborough Hotel.

Tea Tree Cottage

Tea Tree Cottage is half way between Paihia and Opua with access to both via the coastal track . It is the perfect base for a walking holiday with many walks in close proximity. You’ll love the cottage as it is quiet and has native bush between it and the water. The place is perfectly set up for couple, twin share or those with a new family (portacot available on request). Accessibility: Please note the cottage is situated down a flight of garden stairs.

Cosy, homely, open-plan little cottage in central Paihia with cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and Wharf all within a 5 minute walk. Our home is situated within walking distance of two beaches, cafes, bars and nightlife in Paihia. It is only a 5 minute walk to where you can hire bikes, kayaks and sailboards. A further 5 minutes will have you arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.
