Sunnyside close to Sunday River/Black Mt A/C

Sunnyside is the perfect getaway for the family, a group of friends, or couples looking for peace and quiet. In the winter, come enjoy easy access to Sunday River, (20 minutes drive) Black Mountain, ( 7 minutes drive) and Mount Abram -30 minute. In the summer swimming (Ellis Pond, Roxbury Pond) for hikers, Whitecap Mountain Preserve. The trail is great for camping and hiking! Fall foliage is a stunning spectacle. Our home is perfect for your next vacation and we're looking forward to sharing it.

Our place is a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is fully equipped dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. Hannaford Grocery - 5 minutes away Walmart - 10 minutes away Black mountain ME - 9 minutes away Sunday River - 25 minutes away Mount Abram - 30 minutes away Sugarloaf Mountain - one hour and 20 minutes away And many more mountain resorts around the area.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Cozy comfortable mobile home on private farm.

My place is close to the great outdoors! Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming and all water sports. We are an easy drive to three wonderful ski areas.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views and all the outdoor activities in the western mountains of Maine.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season you can enjoy fresh vegetables from our gardens.
