Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Vincent in Beaune. Wir waren mit unserer 9 Monate alten Tochter da und bekamen einen Babystuhl und ein Babybett. Mit dem Waschtrockner konnten wir unsere Wäsche nachts waschen und morgens kam sie trocken aus der Maschine. Das Haus hat zwei Gärten in welchen man seine Ruhe hat und in dem hinteren Garten steht eine Swimmingpool-Whirlpool-Kombination. Der Pool hat eine Gegenstromanlage, das war gut und der Whirlpool war angenehme 37°C warm. Anfangs wurden wir gefragt, was für Gebäck wir zum Frühstück wollen und das wurde morgens gegen halb 7 geliefert. Wir hatten trotz fiesem schlechten Wetter und daher viel in der Wohnung sitzen eine sehr angenehme Zeit hier. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen.

Beautiful house in a glorious location! The house is well equipped with everything you need and tastefully decorated. Sharon is a fantastic host. Our stop off on the way home turned out to be one of the best bits of our road trip! Definitely recommend!

Sharon is a great host that takes care, is around when needed and pays attention to detail. She made sure we feel welcome and that we have something to eat upon arrival. It was easy to communicate with her (through WhatsApp or AirBnB messaging) and since our French is poor it was much easier to converse in English. We visited Frôlois in October and temperatures were below 3°C at night and it got a bit chilly in the morning since the cottage is not well insulated. There are many electric heaters that we could use, but we tried to be environmentally conscious and also conscious of Sharon's electricity bill. The kitchen of the cottage is well equipped. The only thing we missed (in comparison with other apartments) is salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and maybe some spices. You'll have to make sure that you bring everything with you or be prepared to drive 20min to the next supermarket. The gas oven is great and works well. In summer there are two options to have BBQ outside. There are plenty of books and DVDs and the Internet is fast and reliable. Beds are cosy with plenty of pillows. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are warm (or hot if needed). We were not prepared to drive a while for a coffee, but that's completely fine. We enjoyed the silence and the beautiful landscape. Thank you Sharon for being such a great host and thanks for having us as guests!

Superbe découverte, on se sent comme à la maison dès notre arrivée ! à la limite pas besoin de réserver un restaurant, on peut profitez d'un bon barbecue , d'une plancha sur place et d'une super soirée au calme dans un environnement lui aussi très calme ! le logement est fonctionnel, bien agencé...comme à la maison 😍...merciiiiiii

The Barn ist hell und gemütlich, eingerichtet im Landhausstil. Ein historisches Gebäude, ohne Wärmedämmung, mit moderner Elektrik und Bädern. Dank der Heizkörper und des Kaminofens ist es auch während der Wintermonate kuschelig warm. Frôlois ist ein malerisches Dorf mit jahrhundertealten Häusern in einer idyllischen Landschaft, ideal für Ruhesuchende und Liebhaber historischer Bauten.

Très bel emplacement, belle vue. Très bonne situation pour rayonner et découvrir la Bourgogne. Gîte au calme, avec une propriétaire très accueillante, idéal pour se reposer. Merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Jean-Claude. Lui et sa compagne nous ont très bien accueilli malgré que nous soyons arrivés un peu tard dans la soirée. Le logement était très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien et chaque pièce était très spacieuse et rénovée/équipée avec goût. Je recommande à 100%. Merci à Jean-Claude d'avoir pris le temps d'échanger et de nous faire déguster les vins qu'il produit sur son domaine et qui méritent le détour. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Émilie

Un grand merci à Claudine pour ce merveilleux week-end en Bourgogne ! La maison est pleine de charme, très propre et parfaitement équipée. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi, avec en bonus un cadre paisible idéal pour se ressourcer. Claudine est une hôte attentionnée, chaleureuse et discrète.
