Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Be sure to visit Trogir which is just a 20 minute drive away and enjoy walking around the cobbled streets filled with restaurants and ice cream parlors. It’s also worth exploring the city of Split with it’s much loved ambiance.there is a gym and a sauna to keep guests active.The villa is directly in front of a train track where trains pass around three times a day

Big heated pool 40m2 with hidromassage and BBQgril

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

Olive nest with sensational view

Mala kuća na velikom imanju od 4.000 m2 na rubnom dijelu naselja. Pozicija objekta i imanja pruža veliku privatnost. Na imanju se nalazi maslinik, kao i mladi voćnjak sa mediteranskim sortama voća. Cijeli objekt je okružen maslinama uz mnogo zasađenog mirisnog dalmatinskog bilja. Gostima je na raspolaganju sve što im treba za kvalitetan odmor. U blizini se nalaze veliki gradovi Kaštela, Trogir (Unseco) i Split (Unesco) sa prekrasnim plažama, šetnicama i noćnim životom.

Airport sweet have a great rest and FREE transport

3minute drive to the airport.Apartment is located on second floor of a family house. It has big living area, perfect for family with kids and people wanting to have some rest before the airport. Big back garden and opened area. Kitchen with everithing you need for cooking.Free WIFI and parking space. If needed FREE airport transfer. And if you are staying more than a week A traditional dalmatian meal on the house made in stone fireplace.
