Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

"Not Too Shabby Boutique Cottage" (Pet Friendly)

A boutique 30m2 fully renovated studio cottage with décor that has an industrial and “Not Too Shabby” twist to it. Luxury feel at a budget price. Kitchenette type facilities so you can cook a basic meal. Conveniently located a 2min walk from Heretaunga train station taking you directly to Westpac stadium / the city, also close to Royal Wellington Golf Club & Trentham Race Course it is the ideal place to stay if you are attending an event at one of these venues. Cafe & bus stop 2min stroll away.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Poets Block Haven in Upper Hutt

Enjoy our 1 bedroom house that is 5 min drive from the Upper Hutt city centre with quick access to the motorway to Wellington City. Open plan full kitchen, dining room and lounge with everything you would need to cook a meal. Separate bedroom with a new queen bed. If required a single bed can be added to the lounge to provide extra guest. Bathroom with new shower, toilet and vanity. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and a clothes line. Off street parking for two cars. Pet friendly.

Tidy master bedroom located downstairs from the main house. It has its own entrance, private bathroom ensuite, and outdoor seating area to enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Close to all amenities with a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to New World supermarket, park, railway, and bus stop. Quick and easy access to the motorway. Please note the location on the map below. We are approximately a 10-minute drive to Upper Hutt and a 30-minute drive to Wellington.

Adorable guesthouse with hot tub and home gym

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With access to a hot tub, home gym and large outdoor area, this is a perfect place for an Upper Heaven get away. Gated, off street parking, seperate alarm system and heat pump, make this the ideal location to stay for your work or leisure trip. Two minute walk to Heretaunga train station and the new NZCIS sports campus, and three minute drive to local Silverstream supermarket, pharmacy and local restaurants and takeaways.

Welcome to Oak Tree Cottage A Newly built 30m2 cottage set at the rear of our property. Located in the Heretaunga/Silverstream area of Upper Hutt. Close to all transport links train/bus/motorway.A well equipped kitchenette allows for cooking with continental breakfast provided. A lovely open plan studio with Queen bed, couch, dining table, smart tv and kitchenette area. Surrounded by native and succulent gardens. Modern ensuite-style bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The cabinets contain plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, sharp knives and chopping boards. Milk, drinking water, teas, coffee and sugar provided. One dedicated off-street car park by the bnb entrance.
