Living room has sectional, 40" TV, desk & is open concept to a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry access is on the main level by the entrance and is shared with homeowner.

This basement unit is private with no shared space and has it's own separate entrance and one parking spot. Ideal for one or two guests. Space has a full kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware. Bathroom with shower (no tub). Water, coffee, and tea are provided. Wifi (Gigabit) and TV with Netflix are included as well. Location is a 1 min walk away from a plaza (convenience store, pharmacy, pizza, and dry cleaner) and GO bus stop. Less than 5 min away from 401/407 hwy. No pets and no smoking.
