Hideaway Acre: private basement apartment

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Modern Family Friendly Near Hill Air Force Base

We have a lower level private space for our guests with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, bathroom, desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area , foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games . Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. The area offers plenty of options for hiking and there are several ski areas between a 30-60 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in just a short drive!

The home has a small enclosed patio in the rear with a gate that opens to a large grass area for public enjoyment. Inside, warm up next to the gas fireplace with (2) L-shaped sectional couches for game night with family or co-workers. This townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood and is 5 minutes to Hill AFB. Included is an enclosed garage, wifi, and fully stocked kitchen.

There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles.
