The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

Welcome to the Lake View Lodge! A beautiful, peaceful and comfortable retreat with privacy and beautiful views- but located right in town! A short 30 minute drive to steamboat springs and all that it has to offer, we are also less than 10 minutes from the Yampa valley regional airport, and three minutes from downtown Hayden. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to gorgeous ranch land, with access to miles of free skiing and snowshoeing trails in the winter.

Steamboat Springs is “Ski Town USA”and is also proud to offer world-class fly fishing, extensive mountain bike trails and gravel bike roads, amazing Rocky Mountain hiking areas, and kayaking and tubing in the middle of town.

Charming Little House Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Historic Hayden. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house is perfectly located for your overnight before leaving Hayden airport or to escape the bustle of touristy Steamboat and spend some time in a real Colorado ranch town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the house as well as a coffee shop and liquor store. This house may be small but makes up for it with charm and location.

Wits End Lodge, Unique Log Home

The Wernig family built Wit’s End Lodge in 1999. After years of building custom log homes Bill and his family decided it was time to build their own. It’s been a ski lodge to many friends and family from around the world over the years. The lodge has panoramic views of Steamboat Ski Resort, Old Town and Sleeping Giant. Wit’s End is centrally located between the ski area and downtown. This is the ideal home for a memorable family/group stay in Steamboat Springs.

BEST LOCATION EVER This Old Town, 3 Bedroom, 2 baths historic home in downtown Steamboat will charm the pants off your group. It is across the street from Stahley Park, which gives you access to the Spring Creek Trailhead prime for MTB and running. It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.
