Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. We hope you will love it as much as we do! ***4WD vehicle & chains during the winter months***

Come stay in our 4-bed, 2.5 bath cabin in Zephyr Cove on Lake Tahoe! Recently remodeled with a mixed modern and rustic feel. Access National Forest Land out the back gate. A short walk or drive to Nevada Beach and Round Hill Beach. Quick access to South Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola to hit the slopes. Also, relax in our 6-person hot tub! Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.

This 3BR home has everything you need to make your Tahoe vacation memorable including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean furnishings, sleeping for 6, parking for 3 small cars and a large deck with a quiet, beautiful view. Our home is walking distance to the lake (across a street), wonderful hiking and snowshoeing trails and only a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Village for skiing and shopping, the Gondola and all the Casinos.
