Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

Conveniently located off the freeway, close to the fairgrounds, and within 30 minutes of scenic spots along the Yuba River.

The Dogwood House

A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

This compact, self-contained apartment (with private entrance) is attached to an architecturally designed home nestled in a wooded hillside overlooking a large meadow. Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns.
